Guns N' Roses surprised fans during their recent concert in Gilwice, Poland, by performing the song "Think About You" for the first time in nearly two decades. The track, a staple from the band's iconic "Appetite for Destruction" album, had not been played in a live setting since December 20, 2006.
While the song has appeared in the setlist previously, this performance carried extra significance for longtime followers of the band. According to concert records, this marks the first time since March 29, 1987, that "Think About You" was performed with both Slash and Duff McKagan in the lineup. The original trio last played the song together at the Roxy in West Hollywood nearly 40 years ago.
The evening was filled with other unexpected surprises. Bassist Duff McKagan reportedly shifted his usual solo spotlight song to perform "Neat Neat Neat" by The Damned, marking the first time the band has ever played the track live. Additionally, attendees reported that the setlist included "My Michelle," "The General," and "Sorry." While these additions have been noted by fans, the band has yet to provide video confirmation for these specific performances.
The Gilwice show served as the opening night for the band's current European tour, which is scheduled to conclude on July 3 in Paris. Following the European dates, Guns N' Roses will transition to North America for their first tour since 2023, beginning on July 23 in Raleigh, North Carolina.
